Action Plan

So, remember how I said I was working on it? Well, while listening to a very, umm, ass-kissing State of Address for my organization the other day, I worked on it. Finally.

Here goes:

From 9/19 through Sept 30th (10 days), I will:

  1. Complete 5 workouts of 45 minutes each
  2. track ALL food
  3. track ALL workouts
  4. track ALL weight (each Wednesday at WeightWatchers)
Once this mini goal is achieved, I can spend $100 on a massage, facial, or new music.

Then, for the month of October, my goal is to:
  1. complete 15 workouts
  2. track 20 days of food consumption (mainly weekdays)
  3. track weight every Wednesday
Once this goal is achieved, I can spend $200 on whatever I want. Probably a haircut and new clothes/accessories. 

Also, I'll blog weekly through October to keep this thing going. I may veer off into some more life-health than physical health topics because I'm trying to meditate more now and clean up my emotional house, too.

Once I initially establish some tracking and workout habits, I hope to create a full-out plan. My goal for right now, aside from the above, is to create a meal plan every Sunday and prep foods ahead of time. I need to figure out more lunchtime ideas, because buying lunch at work is expensive for my health and my wallet.

In the meanwhile, I'm going to buy a few new outfits/tops, and get my nails done....Now, off to track the past few days of food!
