13 pounds down and counting

HIYA FOLKS! Long time, no...writing.

Since October, I've lost 13 pounds. It's been a nice change. Working out in the AM is easier for me with my trainer and I love it.

Weird, though, how my life gets more stressful and stupid the minute I take a workout break! True story. My trainer and I took a 'spring break' from working out last week and shit pretty much hit the fan among several facets in my life. I won't go into details but some pretty crappy drama has happened with friends and family. I can't wait till it's all over with.

Hopefully tomorrow's massage (earned because I stuck to my goals and new healthy habits and dropped a few more pounds) and my weekend getaway trip to see a friend from college and his family will do the trick and get me back into gear soon.

Anyway, if the rest of this week and next week get better, I may just learn never to ever take a workout break again. That's all I really wanted to tell you. Until next time, eat well and be active!
